We work on an individual client basis. Typically, our clients ask one of two questions − find me this type of property for this specific use or sell this type of property.
In our capacity as real estate appraisers and land planners, we have made many contacts with the development community and we certainly use these contacts when selling a specific property type. We understand that time is money and that it is important to target market a given property type.
We assist clients in the due diligence period by providing needed information in order to facilitate their acquisition or disposition. If we are selling a property, we provide the prospective buyer with all of the information they need to make an informed decision. We feel that a buyer should not have to go to a third party, except to verify the data we have provided.
If we represent a buyer, we will likewise obtain all necessary information that they need to make an informed decision. We won't send the client out to "get" the information, we will obtain the necessary data for them.
Our goal is to meet the client's needs, timely and cost effectively.
